GAME ON-ICE UNIFORM PACKAGE
PYH 2024-2025 Entire Game On-Ice Uniform Package
UNIFORMS
This package is mandatory for all new PYH Hockey Players. PYH will be continuing with same uniforms for the 2024-2025 (as last season) for Full Season (Mite, Squirt, PeeWee and Bantam) PYH Teams.
WHEN WILL WE GET THEM?
Uniforms will be distributed by each team manager prior to the first game.
WHAT SHOULD I ORDER?
New players need to order:
- Game Jerseys - They come in a set of 2 (Home & Away)
- 1 Pant Shell
- 2 sets of Game Socks - they come as a set of 2 (Home and Away)
- Practice jerseys - comes in a set of 2 (black and white)
- Practice socks - comes as single pair of gold/yellow
SIZING

Deadline for all Game Uniforms Orders:
Friday, July 28th
All players must order their uniforms by Friday 7/28 to ensure that they are here in time for their first game.
JERSEY NUMBER
You will be able to choose a number based on previous years with PYH. The number will be yours throughout your time with the PYH allowing you to customize apparel. Every current player will be guaranteed their number from their last jersey number, please put that number in. If you are new to the program or if you are a player that would like to change their number, then please have your top 3 choices ready; same numbers chosen by players on the same team(s) (2012 birth year, will be compared to 2011 and 2013) will be determined by available jersey numbers and their tenure with PYH.
NAME ON JERSEY
NOTE: All names will appear in ALL CAPS.
Enter your last name exactly as you'd like it to appear in ALL CAPS. The organization is not responsible for misspellings and cannot refund the cost of jerseys based on misspellings. Please double check your name before submitting.
Double last names with spaces (Ex: ST. LOUIS) and hyphenated names (Ex: NUGENT-HOPKINS) are acceptable.
